Lawn Care and Maintenance
The Missoula Housing Authority invites interested and qualified companies to submit bids, as per the solicitation documents, for lawn care services (including sprinkler services – turn on/off and repairs as necessary) for all of our properties. The contracts will be initially for one year with an option to renew for a further year, with any price/service adjustments if both parties agree.

Bid packets will be available from Monday, March 12th2012. Solicitation packets will be sent by email PDF (preferred); fax; mail or can be picked-up at the MHA Office, 1235 34thStreet, Missoula, MT.
Bids are due by 5pm March 28th. Bids must be received by this date. Bids postmarked, but not received by this date will not be considered.
