The historic and recently renovated Palace Apartments are located in the heart of downtown Missoula overlooking the Missoula Valley. Within minutes you can be at concerts and events at the river, walking the river trails, or enjoying a meal at a downtown eatery.
The Palace is just a few blocks from the river, the bus station, and the library.
Most of the units are one-bedroom, with a few studios, and two-bedroom units. Palace pays for water, sewer, garbage, and heat. Tenants only pay for electricity.
There are laundry facilities, on-site management and maintenance, and secure elevators at the front and back of the building. As part of the Affordable Housing program, there are maximum income limits. The Palace started as a grand hotel at the height of Missoula’s railroad days.
