FIXED Rent at lower than market rates
Missoula Housing Authority owns and manages the following properties that serve low-to-moderate-income individuals and families in our community. These properties have fixed rents that are lower than market rate rents.
All of affordable housing properties accept tenant-based vouchers, such as Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Shelter Plus Care, and VASH. Please note some properties have additional requirements such as 55+ communities but applicants are welcome to join the waitlist for any property.
