We collaborate with many private and non-profit partners to create more homes, address homelessness, and create a path toward economic self-sufficiency.

We believe that access to attainable homes for everyone is a community responsibility and a basic human right.

  • Affordable Housing

    Properties with fixed rents lower than market rate rents. Each location has its own waitlist. All of our properties accept tenant-based vouchers, but you don’t need a voucher to get on the waitlist.

  • Subsidized Housing

    Programs that help pay your rent. Typically a participant pays 30% of their monthly income toward rent and are required to follow certain guidelines and regulations. No referral needed - apply online!
