Affordable Housing
Properties with fixed rents lower than market rate rents. Each location has its own waitlist. All of our properties accept tenant-based vouchers, but you don’t need a voucher to get on the waitlist.

Subsidized Housing
Programs that help pay your rent. Typically a participant pays 30% of their monthly income toward rent and are required to follow certain guidelines and regulations. No referral needed - apply online!

Missoula Housing Authority connects veterans, disabled individuals, victims of domestic violence, and foster youth with a variety of community resources and housing.
